Bruce Hornsby %26 The Range
Bruce Hornsby and the Range was an American rock band formed in 1984 by Bruce Hornsby. The band signed with RCA Records in 1985. In addition to Hornsby, the original lineup consisted of David Mansfield (guitar, mandolin and violin), George Marinelli (guitars and backing vocals), Joe Puerta (bass guitar and backing vocals), formerly of Ambrosia, and John Molo (drums).
Hornsby's recording career began with the band's debut album, "The Way It Is", released in 1986.
